We offer a 30 day refund policy, from the date goods are recieved, kindly send us an email to arrange return.

Please note the item has to be in its original condition, as recieved, and unopened. For security and health and safety reasons we will not be able to accept the return of goods that have been used.

If the item is faulty, we will give you an option to choose for a full refund or replacement item to be sent.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage in any instance if purchased in error. We will only refund or replace an item that is returned back to us.

There are two delivery options for customers in the UK.

Standard 2nd Class Delivery (£3.90) - If you select this option, this covers you for all orders weighing less than 2kg. 

Standard 2nd Class Delivery (£6.00) - If you select this option, this covers you for all orders weighing less than 20kg. 

Both options will be sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature.
