In the first week of "Operation Shani" I had booked us into a few events up and down the UK. That week we were booked into events in Sheffield, London, Stroud Green, Chester, and Market Harborough. Sounds a little crazy right!! however, we normally book into at least four markets/events per week but wow...this week was a lot!!
Sheffield Black-Owned Market
This was a first for us, doing a black-owned market amongst our EPIC Sheffield supporters was mindblowing. The turnout in the central square was unprecedented, we were so, so grateful and glad that we were invited to do the event by Rose, the Black Owned Businesses Sheffield Facebook group manager.
TMK Black-Owned Market
We were amazed to have been selected by Echuate Swan from TMK to be involved in the company's Black-Owned Market in the Walkie Talkie building in Central London. People turned up at this event to support our businesses. The seven other traders were so talented it was so great to see all the traders in one room.
Despite having all of these amazing opportunities in front of us they are no good if you overwork yourself. You can only pursue what you can, don't overwork yourself as you never know when that super amazing opportunity may present itself to you. If you're not at 100% then you cant give 100%.
